Welcome to Arkadia! By making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.

2. Damage Policy

No parties - quiet times from 10pm-7am

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. In the event of any damage, the cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.

3. Cancellation Policy

- Full Refund: If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

- Partial Refund: If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your check-in date, you will forfeit 50% of the total fee.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: 10:00 AM

Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

Arkadia is not liable for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
